Martians Move on to Single A World Series Wednesday, October 12th , 2061 Moonbeam Martians fans are rejoicing after a 2-0 win at The Nut House has propelled the club to a 4-1 Single A League Championship victory over the Moose Jaw Warriors. With the win, the club advanced on to the Single A World Series. "Total team effort, that's the only way we get it done in this one," said Moonbeam left fielder Kader Kefentse, who was named series MVP. The Moonbeam Martians will play against the Okanagan Lake Monsters in the next round. Okanagan won their series against the Memphis Blues 4 games to 0.
