Great Day for Simmons -- 5 Hits Friday, September 2nd , 2061 Steve Simmons was unstoppable, but the Seattle Sasquatch were not. Despite his hitting heroics at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium, the Sasquatch lost, 7-4, to the Houghton Gremlins. Simmons battered Houghton for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His only consolation will be a boost in his batting average and a brief mention in the record book. Simmons just shook his head after the game, telling BNN reporters, "It's the team with the most runs that wins, not the most hits." Steve Simmons singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
