Asheville Advances to League Pennant Tuesday, October 23rd , 2063 The Asheville Moonshiners were paced by a strong offensive output from Glenn Wagner as they downed the Seattle Sasquatch 4-3 to win the Divisional Series. Asheville won the final game by a score of 11-8 at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium to send themselves off to the League Pennant. "I wasn't so much focused on putting up big offensive numbers as I was about ensuring we won the games. So it's mission accomplished there," said third baseman Wagner, who was named MVP. For the series, the MVP hit .500 with a .516 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 6 runs.
