Haywood Hurls No-Hitter Against Stogies Wednesday, September 26th , 2063 In a seldom seen sight, Khalil Haywood threw a no-hitter at The Still as the Asheville Moonshiners topped the Havana Stogies, 9-0. In a dominating performance, Haywood struck out 9 and walked 1 while facing only 29 batters. "He had great stuff," Moonshiners manager Baldassario Ardinghi told BNN reporters. "Khalil is a real gamer, a real competitor. He doesn't give in to anybody out there." This season, Haywood has compiled a 10-6 mark with a 3.96 ERA in 32 starts.
