Leeney Helps San Francisco Bombard Montreal
Junior Leeney, who finished 4th in the TML in home runs with 42 last year, led San Francisco to a triumph over Montreal. The final score was 14-4. The left fielder went 3 for 4, falling a triple shy of the cycle. He scored 4 runs and added 2 RBI. San Francisco pitcher Roberto Arriola got the win. He's now 3-3. Sergio Hernandez was tagged with the loss. San Francisco is now 30-24, Montreal 29-26.

San Francisco right fielder Josh McBroom contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With two down, he hit a changeup to left field for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Earthquakes ahead, 13-1.
