Behind the hitting of Chris Sawyer, the Dallas Texans defeated the Mexico City Luchadores, 11-4. Sawyer was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Texans. Eric Engel was the winner. He's now 6-1. The loser was 30-year old left-handed pitcher Alberto Candelaria.
