Nick Schrock knocked in 4 runs to help Memphis beat Victoria, 13-8. Schrock produced 1 single, 1 double, and 2 home runs. The Blues now have a record of 39-26.

Travis Skarda had a big bases-clearing double for the Blues in the bottom of the seventh inning. With Memphis leading 9-8 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 22-year old right-handed pitcher Matt Nicholas and swatted a double to right. It was his 5th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Blues ahead, 12-8.

"We're playing like we're capable of," said Memphis manager Mike Williams.
