Diaz Dazzles in 2-0 Okanagan Win
Okanagan starter Mike Diaz put a stranglehold on the Chippewa offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Lake Monsters to a 2-0 win. With the win, the Lake Monsters hiked their record to 40-24.

Diaz gave Okanagan a first-rate performance. The 6-foot-4 right-hander permitted no runs on 4 hits over 8.1 innings of work.

"It's about putting our team in the best position to win ballgames," said Diaz.
