Good production from designated hitter Billy Hurt helped the Murraysville Peacocks topple the Frisco Rams, 6-3. Hurt went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Peacocks. Reliever Marshall Barrington picked up the win. His record improves to 1-1. David Doss, who is tied for 3rd in the RAA in wins with 16, took the loss. After today's action, Murraysville sits at 67-95; Frisco slips to 91-71.

Hurt had a game-changing double in the top of the eighth. On a first pitch sinker from David Doss, he banged a 2-run double to left-center, giving the Peacocks a 5-3 lead. It was the 11th double of the year for Hurt.

"I really like what we did out there today," Hurt said after the game.
