Buffalo and Eureka duked it out and the Bison came out victorious.

Buffalo first baseman Keith de Leeuw helped his team beat the Eureka Hornets, 6-4. de Leeuw, who is tied for 4th in the TML in runs scored with 29, went 3 for 4 for the Bison. Victor Hernandez, now 1-4, was credited with the win in 6.2 innings of relief. He allowed 3 runs on 6 hits, while striking out 1 and walking 3.

Buffalo needed the clutch hitting of Jamie Easter to seal the deal. The left fielder swatted a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Bison on top, 5-4. For the game, Easter had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Easter told the Buffalo Herald.

The 4th-place Bison now sit at 16-19.
