Young Goes Distance in Kelowna Win
The Kelowna Rockets beat the Beaumont Drillers, 7-1. Kelowna pitcher and Glens Falls, New York, native Greg Young led the way. The Rockets saw their win-loss record go to 25-24. At the same time, the Drillers fell to 27-22.

Young, who is tied for 3rd in the RAA in quality starts with 7, pitched a complete game for Kelowna. Young surrendered 6 hits over 9 innings and struck out 6. With the win, he moves to 5-4 on the season.

"It was a good team win. Everybody threw something in," Young told the Kelowna Daily News.
