Adrian Clark was instrumental in his team's 6-3 triumph over the Billings Mustangs. The second baseman went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Baton Rouge Outlaws. Baton Rouge reliever Aaron Doerr picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Bobby Avila took the loss. Jon Spradling, who leads the RAAA in holds with 10, nailed down the save.

Clark had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 1-2 fastball from Bobby Avila, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Outlaws a 4-2 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Clark.

Clark called the win "what playing unselfish baseball looks like."

Baton Rouge, at 54-56, holds down 6th place in the RCL AAA Bobby Cox Division.
