Stowers 3-for-4, Leads Luchadores to Win
In a high-scoring game between Mexico City and Cabo San Lucas, designated hitter Dan Stowers was a difference-maker. The 25-year-old helped Mexico City grab the 10-8 win. He was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Greg Young picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Victor Gonzalez suffered the loss. Mexico City is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 10th in 26 games.

In the bottom of the eighth, the Luchadores grabbed the lead when Stowers hit his 4th home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Victor Gonzalez made it 10-8, Mexico City.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Stowers. "And not try to do too much."
