Chevallier goes 3-for-4 to Ignite Flash Offense
The Fairfield Flash stopped the Acadia Park Nationals, 12-4, behind an impressive performance from Mike Chevallier. The 22-year old first baseman made life miserable for Acadia Park pitching. He was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Tony Mireles earned save number 3. The win boosted Fairfield to 42-25.

Jonah Burke had a big grand slam home run for the Flash in the bottom of the first inning. With Fairfield trailing 3-1 and the bases loaded, he got a knuckle curve from Shonosuke Tsutsui and swatted a home run to right. It was his 1st home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Flash ahead, 5-3.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Chevallier.
