The Albuquerque Cacti racked up a win at LaGrave Field, bumping off the Fort Worth Cats, 5-3. Chris Lechelt, who started for Albuquerque, pitched effectively for his team. Albuquerque is off to a hot start at 19-8.

Chris Huston aided the Albuquerque cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the fourth. For the game, the third baseman was 1-2 with a double and 2 walks.
