Argonauts Pull Off Thrilling 5-3 Win in Extras
The performance of Nick Rausch proved critical in helping Astoria beat Joplin, 5-3, in 10 innings. The Argonauts first baseman hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The Argonauts, now 5-1, have been playing some good baseball.

Rausch had a game-changing home run in the top of the tenth. On a 1-1 circle change from Matt O'Connor, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Argonauts a 5-3 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Rausch.

"Always feels extra good winning this kind of game," said Rausch.
