The home team gave their fans plenty to cheer about, with a thrilling walk-off win.

The Cabo San Lucas Toreros beat the Havana Stogies in a game in which both teams scored early and often. The final score was 12-11, Toreros. One of the hitting stars was left fielder Tim Alessio. Alessio, who finished 2nd in the RCL in doubles with 50 in 2061, went 4-6 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. The win makes Cabo San Lucas 52-106.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Alessio hit a curveball from Fabien Nuvolari for a solo home run. The Toreros, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"This stadium was a-rockin'," said Alessio.
