Milwaukee Dismisses Asheville, 4-1
|
Milwaukee pitcher Sergio Hernandez did his part in helping his team defeat the Asheville Moonshiners, 4-1. The opposition could never get too much going against the right-hander. Milwaukee, with the win, is 9-4.
Milwaukee relied on the bat of Lenny Dickens to get the win. The designated hitter ripped a 2-run triple in the top of the second inning to put the Millers ahead, 2-0. For the game, Dickens had 1 double and 1 triple in 4 at-bats.
"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Hernandez.
