Big Day for Webster in 12-3 Texans Win
The Dallas Texans cruised to a win over the Mexico City Luchadores, 12-3, at The Royal Grounds. Allen Webster led the way, going 2-for-2 for Dallas. Picking up the win was Victor Lara. He went 7 innings, allowing 3 runs on 12 hits. The left--hander struck out 4 and walked 0. With the win, the Texans have a record of 59-71.

With Dallas leading 8-3 in the top of the eighth, Webster came up to bat against Mexico City pitcher Josh Messenger. Webster hit a fastball to left for a grand slam home run. His 26th home run of the season put the Texans on top, 12-3.
