The 3-hit performance of Tommy Ivester, who leads the RCL in home runs with 30, helped the Havana Stogies beat the Kansas City Tornadoes, 7-2. Havana, at 60-57, occupies third place in the Roberto Clemente League International Division.

Austin Hyde, who is tied for 8th in the RCL in doubles with 32, chipped in a 2-run home run for Havana in the bottom of the third. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Havana manager Taylor Hillary.
