Mustangs Lose By a Run at Madison
The Madison Muskies scored a tight, 5-4 win versus the Billings Mustangs at The Corral. Madison pitcher Pete Newby held his own in the contest. Newby picked up the win for Madison, going 8 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 9-8. Lupe Munoz was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.

Madison took a 4-3 lead on Andy Rinaldi's 21st double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Rinaldi hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Billings pitcher Ricky Maldonado visibly frustrated.
