Fernandez Shines in 7-5 Pennsylvania Win
The Pennsylvania Butterflies beat the Buffalo Bison, 7-5, at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. Pennsylvania second baseman Alex Fernandez banged out 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 3 runs. The winning pitcher was 32-year old right-handed pitcher Trace Yeadon. He tossed 144 pitches over 8 innings, allowing 5 runs on 9 hits. Despite the win, the Butterflies have a lousy 37-71 record.
