Starting Pitcher Alexis Ochoa was lights out, as the El Paso Mavericks beat the Dallas Texans, 5-1. Ochoa, now 1-0, was the winner. In 6.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 3, walking 1, and allowing no runs. El Paso now has a record of 9-1.
