Kerr slugs 2 home runs to Ignite Capitals Offense
The Victoria Capitals downed the Saskatoon Legends, 13-3, at Ballpark of Red Deer College. Alex Kerr led the way, going 2-for-4 for Victoria. The first-place Capitals hiked their record to 29-28.

Jerry Beckmann drew 1 walk for Victoria. The 18-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the sixth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring walk off Pete Speck. It was his 2nd walk of the season.

"We're all smiles after that win," Beckmann told the Victoria Daily News.
