The rain came, as predicted, but the Thunder Bay Lighting and Key West Thunder were able to complete their ballgame.

James Towns never let Key West get something going. The Thunder Bay left-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Lighting to a 4-0 win. The victory gives Thunder Bay a record of 50-32.
