Pirates Sit Atop TML R Fred McGriff Division Thursday, October 9th , 2064 The Paradise Island Pirates have taken a big first step in winning the franchise's first League Championship Series. "We're champions of the TML R Fred McGriff Division and now it's time to get that championship," said starting pitcher Dan Giffen. "The fans deserve it and all the guys in this room want to bring that title home." It is the club's 6th division title and although they have never won the league championship, manager Jorge Ávila said the club will "certainly be prepared" once playoffs begin. |
