Syracuse's Mike Holder Injured
Saturday, September 6th , 2064
Doctors in Syracuse said Mike Holder might not play anymore this year. The Orange Sox starting pitcher suffered a torn labrum during a game against the Brooklyn Cyclones and will be out for at least 9 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.
Holder has made 10 starts, tossed 63 innings, struck out 79 batters and walked 42. His record is 5-2 with a 3.57 ERA and he has limited other teams to a .272 batting average.
