RR Honors Blatchford, #1 Batter in May Sunday, June 1st , 2064 Don Blatchford put together a good May to earn the RCL R Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Rockville officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Rangers center fielder posted a .404 batting average with 7 home runs, 29 RBIs and 48 runs scored.
