DiMaio Gets 5 Hits Friday, September 14th , 2063 Paradise Island second baseman Kevin DiMaio had a day to remember, 5-for-6 against the The Stinging Larvae at Predator Park as the Pirates picked up a win, 24-1. "He was patient up there," Paradise Island skipper Jorge Ávila told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. DiMaio has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Kevin DiMaio struck out in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Victor Cardenas in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Bill Rangel in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
