Sedona's Chard Collects August Batting Honor Saturday, September 1st , 2063 It's perhaps an award he'll win many more times through his career, as at age 18 Jason Chard has a lot of baseball ahead of him. But for now the young Sedona Sabercats star can enjoy the numbers he put up in August, which have garnered him the nod as the TML R Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .422 average with 14 home runs, 36 RBIs and 31 runs scored. Looking at his present stats, Chard has compiled a .335 batting average in 64 games with a .548 on-base percentage, while hitting 32 home runs and driving in 100 runs. |
