TR Player of the Week Selected Monday, August 20th , 2063 Yuma fans have something to crow about today as Yuma designated hitter Nick McFadyen nabbed the TML R Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days. "I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said McFadyen. He posted a .571 average (12-for-21) this past week with 3 home runs, 6 RBIs, and 7 runs scored. This season, McFadyen has hit at a .419 clip and produced 33 runs batted in, 12 home runs and 40 runs. |
