Banda Wins Award for RR Dominance Tuesday, October 18th , 2061 He may only be 19, but Rafael Banda of the Brooklyn Cyclones has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the RCL R. The reliever was today named the RR Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2061. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 4 saves in 25 relief appearances and 54 strikeouts in 53 innings. He had a record of 3-0 to go with his 2.89 ERA. He received 25 first place votes out of a possible 28.
