Year Ends for Joe Thomas in Tioga Central Friday, May 19th , 2062 "It was a freak thing," said a dejected Joe Thomas after injuring himself in a game against Topeka West. The Tioga Central manager told reporters that he's expected to miss up to 13 months with a damaged elbow ligament. The Tigers are expected to announce a roster move in the next day or two.
