Season Ends for Ray Paquet of Kelowna Thursday, April 6th , 2062 Ray Paquet has to call it a season. The Kelowna Heat starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Trois-Rivieres Saints and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Paquet was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as ulnar nerve entrapment and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months. Checking out his stats for the year, Paquet has racked up 4 wins and 4 losses in 11 starts, posted a 8.55 ERA, and struck out 42 batters in 40 innings. |
