CANADIAN BASEBALL LEAGUE Winner is Russell Monday, April 3rd , 2062 It was announced today by the CANADIAN BASEBALL LEAGUE that Calgary shortstop Harris Russell had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .481 batting average, 13 hits and 3 home runs. Russell also racked up 10 RBIs and scored 13 runs. So far this season, Russell is hitting .347 with 15 home runs, 41 RBIs and 49 runs scored. He has 68 hits in 196 at-bats and a .484 OBP. |
