Inglis Selected Manager of the Year in RDL Thursday, June 1st , 2062 The South Mississippi Golden Eagles had an outstanding season, much of it due to their astute and gifted skipper. For his managerial excellence, John Inglis reaped the reward of being voted Rod Dedeaux League Manager of the Year. "A manager is only as good as the players he's managing," Inglis told reporters. "If I didn't have the talent to work with, making all the right moves wouldn't have helped a bit." Under Inglis the Golden Eagles finished first in the Cliff Gustafson with a record of 31-15. |
