Washington State Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Monday, May 8th , 2062 The playoff chase by the Washington State Cougars has run out of steam. The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. "We came up short," manager Harsha Majoo said. Washington State last appeared in the postseason in 2053. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 48 times in their 51-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cougars have only made the playoffs once. |
