Titans Rawls and Sun Devils Helmick Suspended for Fight

After an intense confrontation, both the Titans Jalen Rawls and the Sun Devils Brad Helmick were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Cal State Fullerton-Arizona State game. Jalen Rawls will miss 3 games, while Brad Helmick was suspended for 7 games.
"Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Jalen Rawls commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."
Rawls has a .209 average and a .352 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 18 hits, 2 home runs and driven in 10 runs.
