Year Over for Civics Sevilla Wednesday, June 11th , 2064 The season is apparently over for Omar Sevilla. The Ottawa Civics medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 7-8 months with shoulder inflammation. Sevilla was hurt in the game against Houston while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This year, Sevilla has fashioned a 3-0 mark, 3.43 ERA and pitched 21 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .304 against him and he has logged 15 strikeouts. |
