Aldridge Pounds 3 HR Against Sting

In a powerful performance that left the fans at BLM Stadium buzzing, Carmel Apples left fielder Ben Aldridge blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 12-2, over the Houston Sting.
"Everything was clicking," Aldridge told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them."
Aldridge shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 5 at-bats, 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored.
"It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Apples manager Hi-yuan Pan said. "Ben played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game."
Ben Aldridge hit a solo-shot off Jesus Angel in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Leo Sanchez in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, struck out in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Tony Ortiz in the 6th and walked in the 8th.
Currently Aldridge is batting .225 with 7 home runs and 13 RBIs.
