Hat Trick of Home Runs for Waddell Wednesday, June 7th , 2062 Fans seated in the bleacher section at Valhalla Summit were taking cover all day long as Justin Waddell zeroed in on them, rattling three long blasts off the seats in a display of Herculean power. The big game from the Niagara Falls catcher helped the Barrels take the victory, 15-4, over the Elizabeth Town Thunder. "I told myself not to press on the last one," he told reporters in the postgame press conference. "I knew I couldn't force it -- it has to be a nice easy swing." For the game, he collected 3 hits in 5 at-bats, drove in 4 and scored 3 runs. Justin Waddell struck out in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Bobby Diaz in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Malcolm Tamburrino in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Vinny Bustos in the 9th.
