Free-for-All Costs Daudi and Makuakane 3-Game Suspensions
Thursday, May 25th , 2062
Bad blood could be brewing between the Five O's and the Saints. In yesterday's contest at Saints Ballpark, Oconomowoc's Kahsay Daudi and St. Paul's Iukekini Makuakane caused the benches to empty when they went toe-to-toe against one another. Only Daudi and Makuakane were ejected by the umpires.
Upon hearing that the two players had been suspended 3 games each by the league office, harsh comments came from both clubhouses.
League officials have warned both organizations about the consequences of premeditated retaliation.
In 42 games this year, Daudi has posted a .255 average and put up these numbers: 13 home runs, 33 RBIs and 37 runs scored.
This season, he has made 10 relief appearances with no saves. In 18.1 innings Makuakane has chalked up 13 strikeouts while posting a 1-1 record and a 10.31 ERA
