Silicon Valley's Tibbetts Out 13-14 Months
Wednesday, October 15th , 2064
When Josh Tibbetts was hurt against the Moose Jaw Canucks, the Silicon Valley Hackers were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 20-year-old reliever suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Tibbetts would miss 13-14 months of the season.
To this point in the season he has had 1 save. Tibbetts has made 49 relief appearances, tossed 68.2 innings and struck out 76 with a record of 2 wins and 1 loss.
