Arellano Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Thursday, October 2nd , 2064 Fernando Arellano's consecutive-game hitting streak has now climbed to 20 games. The Rock River shortstop smacked 2 hits against the Wauwatosa Indians in today's game at Albert Park, but he expressed mixed emotions about the streak after watching the Rats drop the game, 5-2. "I feel good about the streak, but don't feel good when we lose," he told reporters. "I'd love to get a hit as well as a win next time so I can celebrate properly." Fernando Arellano singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. Arellano is currently batting .335 with 12 home runs, 90 runs scored and 71 RBIs.
