Black Bears Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Saturday, September 22nd , 2063 It certainly could have been worse this year for the Fraser Valley Black Bears, but that does not mean it was a season to remember. The team was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. The Black Bears have made the playoffs 9 times in their 52 years as a DOUBLE A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 12th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2051. Fraser Valley has won the Double A World Series 2 times in their history. |
