RAA Honors Boise Left Fielder Monday, July 16th , 2063 When it came to hitting the baseball, Matt Griffin was in a class by himself in the RCL AA this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding left fielder for Boise tagged opposing pitchers for a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 22 at-bats, 4 homers, 6 runs scored and 9 RBIs. Thus far this season, Griffin is hitting .335 with 18 home runs, 58 RBIs and 54 runs scored. He has 81 hits in 242 at-bats and has played in 68 games. |
