Todd Neveau Hurt, Out for Year Saturday, July 29th , 2062 The season is finished for Todd Neveau of the Boston Whitecaps. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Whitecaps starting pitcher suffered shoulder inflammation while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Fraser Valley Black Bears. Team doctors said it would take at least 7-8 months to heal. In 13 starts this season, Neveau has rung up a 3-5 record and a 6.05 ERA. |
