Red-Hot Duran Cools Off Beaumont Saturday, April 22nd , 2062 In an outstanding mound performance, Kelowna Rockets starter Alex Duran fired a complete-game shutout against the Beaumont Drillers at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum. Duran was the key to the 4-0 Kelowna win. The 23-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 3 hits and 2 walks he allowed.
