Lumberjacks Benitez and Monarchs Dorr Suspended for Fight Wednesday, April 5th , 2062 After an intense confrontation, both the Lumberjacks Alex Benitez and the Monarchs Mike Dorr were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Adirondack-Marysville game. Alex Benitez will miss 4 games, while Mike Dorr was suspended for 6 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Alex Benitez commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." |
