Slater Holds Pasadena Scoreless Monday, April 7th , 2064 In a remarkable performance, Minneapolis Freeze starter Michael Slater beat the Pasadena Bumblebees, 4-0, in an impressive 6-hit shutout. "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this." The Freeze hurler finished with 7 strikeouts and 4 walks.
